We collect information that alone or in combination with other information in our possession could be used to identify you ("Personal Information") as follows:
Personal information you provide. We may collect Personal Information if you create an account or communicate with us.

  • Voice.
That is just so you can personalize your new account, and we can send you updates, or other essential information. It is important to note that sharing this information is entirely optional, and users possess the right to withhold such data should they choose to do so.
Some functions of the Service, such as searching for your contacts registered in the Service, sending invitations to such contacts, notifying you about registered contacts, as well as other functions that enable interaction between you and your contacts, are available only if you have given consent in the interface of the Service for access to your phone book and processing of contact data to the extent of phone number and contact name. Such data shall not be published or disclosed to third parties. By providing this data, you guarantee that the specified persons consent to the processing of data by Humate to the extent and for the purposes specified in this paragraph.
Communication Information. If you otherwise communicate with us, we may collect your name, contact information, and the contents of any messages you send ("Communication Information").
Personal Information we collect through our Social Media Pages. We have pages on social media sites like Instagram, TikTok, Discord, Reddit, and Facebook ("Social Media Pages"). When you interact with our Social Media Pages, we will collect Personal Information that you elect to provide to us, such as your contact details ("Social Information"). In addition, the companies that host our Social Media Pages may provide us with aggregate information and analytics regarding the use of our Social Media Pages, which may include information about your engagement with our social media sites.
Personal Information we receive automatically from your use of the Service. When you visit, use, and interact with the Service, we may receive certain information about your visit, use, or interactions ("Technical Information").
Analytics. We may use a variety of online analytics products that use cookies to help us analyze how users use the Service and enhance your experience when you use the Service.

Yes, our app uploads users' Contacts to our server, but only with the explicit consent of the user. We ask for permission clearly and only access the data necessary for the friends recommendations inside the App.
In certain circumstances we may share your Personal Information with third parties without further notice to you, unless required by law, as set forth below:
Vendors and Service Providers. To assist us in meeting business operations needs and to perform certain services and functions, we may share Personal Information with vendors and service providers, including providers of hosting services, cloud services, and other information technology services providers, email communication software and email newsletter services, advertising and marketing services, and web analytics services. Pursuant to our instructions, these parties will access, process, or store Personal Information in the course of performing their duties to us.

If we are involved in strategic transactions, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, or transition of service to another provider (collectively a "Transaction"), your Personal Information and other information may be shared in the diligence process with counterparties and others assisting with the Transaction and transferred to a successor or affiliate as part of that Transaction along with other assets.

Other Users. Certain actions you take may be visible to other users of the Services or result in content that is made available to other users of the Services.
To process payments that you make for purchasing the Subscriptions on the App, we use third-party payments processors. Please note that we do not receive your payment details from them, but only payment confirmations and details of the transactions you perform. This means that we do not collect nor process your payment information. Payment processors are independent controllers over your payment information which includes your payment card data.

We only access and use user data that is necessary for the core functionality of our App. Any data accessed is used to personalize user experience, to connect users with their friends via chats and recommend new friends. We always obtain explicit user consent before accessing any device data.
Profile Information: To enable the search functionality, users provide profile information, which is used to suggest potential friend matches based on shared interests or preferences.
Messaging Data: User chats are processed in real-time for AI-supported features, such as chatbot responses, or content suggestions. We do not store the content of these chats beyond what is necessary for delivering our services and ensuring users can access their chat history.
Device Data: Basic device data (like device type, OS) might be collected for optimizing the user experience and ensuring compatibility.
We prioritize user data protection and have implemented multiple security measures.
Encryption: All data, both at rest and in transit, is encrypted using industry-standard encryption techniques. This ensures that user information is secure from potential breaches or unauthorized access.
HTTPS/gRPC: We use HTTPS/gRPC for all data transmissions to and from our servers, ensuring data integrity and security during transit.

We delete all user's data on a user request or when the account is deleted.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take the necessary actions. Additionally, please note that these Services are intended for users aged 13 and above, but from the ages of 13 to 17, usage must be under parental control, ensuring that parents can supervise and manage their child's use of the application.
